What qualifications do you support?
All of them. Alongside the 600+ apprenticeship standards ready to use, we can add T-Levels, diplomas, certificates, bespoke qualifications and job role descriptions.
How long does it take?
A course outline typically takes 2–3 minutes. Learning resources for a course take under 10 minutes, and video around 15 minutes. Depending on its size, a course module can be ready to use in around 3 hours.
Do my learners need an EducatedOn account?
No. EducatedOn isn't an LMS — it's a content generation tool. Download activities and courses as SCORM packages for your own LMS, or embed them on your website.
Can I edit the content myself?
Absolutely. Everything generated can be edited manually, or you can ask the built-in AI tool to make the changes for you.
Can I edit the videos too?
Yes. Add your own logos, intros and outros, amend the transcript, choose an avatar and a voice per language, and adjust the layout, animation and media in each scene.
How is learner understanding assessed?
AI-generated multiple-choice quizzes let learners check their own understanding, and the Virtual Tutor converses with them to confirm mastery — including how it applies to their job role.
